The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the convenience of being just a short walk from the arena and restaurants. The shower was fantastic, although I wish there was a lounge or bar onsite. Prebooking for parking is necessary, as we missed out, but a city lot is nearby.

The breakfast could use improvement.

Spacious, clean rooms with quality bathrooms featuring separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast included a good variety, even with a glass of prosecco.

The shower room in one of the smaller rooms felt cramped with limited working water jets, making it uncomfortable. Furnishings throughout the room appeared outdated and in need of a refresh, while noise from the busy street and nearby restaurants could be disruptive at night.

It is a charming hotel with efficient service and a great selection of gluten-free breakfast items!

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms made for an uncomfortable experience while trying to sleep. I felt misled by the room's appearance compared to the online photos!!!

It was all superb.

The location provided easy access to major attractions, making it perfect for sightseeing. Having both a shower and bathtub added convenience to the room. However, the room appeared gloomy with limited natural light from a small window overlooking a neglected courtyard. Additionally, the lack of personal touches from the staff and the presence of mold in the bathroom detracted from the experience.

The room had paper-thin walls, but the evening ambiance was quite nice.

mastino is super close to the center, making it easy to explore. the room was comfortable and clean with a nice desk and chair. we loved relaxing at the paradise spa just a few hundred meters away for some pampering.
